we will conduct some maintenance work on our infrastructure on the 18th of March 2019.
Due to this, the access and service may cause interference in the operation to below specified services.
We will transfer the maintenance work consciously to this timeframe to keep the disturbance for your business as low as possible.
Maintenance reason: Upgrading CMS to latest version (bugfixes) and add compatibility to Chrome version 73 onwards
(CSCvo51143). PMR (VCaaS) and S4B Gateway Service will not be reachable for about 1 hour.
Affected service: VCAAS Platform
Expected service impact: VCAAS Platform not reachable during the upgrade – Approx. 1h
Periods specified: March 18th 2019, 7:00 PM - 21:00 PM.
