Scheduled Maintenance - Upgrade of the Acano/CMS platform, scheduled 2 months ago
we will conduct some maintenance work on our infrastructure on the 31st of October 2018. Due to this, the access and service may cause interference in the operation to below specified services.
We will transfer the maintenance work consciously to this timeframe to keep the disturbance for your business as low as possible.
Maintenance reason: Update of the Video Platform
Affected service: VMR/PMR, Skype for Business Service
Expected service impact: During the downtime of 2 hours, no dial-in will be possible (likely to be shorter). As announced the user interface of the WebRTC Portal will change.
Periods specified: October 31st 2018, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
