Dear customer,
we will conduct some maintenance work on our infrastructure on the 28th of January 2019. Due to this, the access and service may cause interference in the operation to below specified services.
We will transfer the maintenance work consciously to this timeframe to keep the disturbance for your business as low as possible.
Maintenance reason: Upgrading CMS to latest version (bugfixes) and add of compatibility to Chrome version 72 onwards
Affected Service: PMR (VCaaS) and S4B Gateway Service
Expected service impact: Both Services will not be reachable for about 1 hour
Periods specified: January 28th, 19:00 - 21:00 CET
